Please select “quick selection tool” and then hit “select subject” Photoshop will select the girl automatically.   Oil fill painter is a great place to start. If you want to quickly turn your photograph into a painting. Let's first select the magic wand tool to select the background. Then go to select then press invert for select only the subject. Now please click on the mask icon to mask the fruit. Take a new layer. Take it to the bottom of the mask layer.
