Photoshop for beginners Part-22 l How to make spin or zoom blur in Photoshop CC 2022 l Radial Blur

CTRL+J or CMD+J for copying this layer.
Please select the pen tool to select this TV here.




Click the right key here and press on “make selection” Radius will be 1 px.
Now please select the “quick selection tool” to save this selection.
Click right here to find out the save selection option.
Right, a name and hit OK.
We saving it in case if we need it again.

Now press CTRL+J or CMD+J to copy the TV only in a new layer.

CTRL+J or CMD+J to make another copy of the main layer.
Please bring the “Layer 0 copy 2” layer up.
Then we will go to filter-blur-radial blur,

The amount of blur will be 10 px.
The blur method will be “spin” on this layer only.
And the hit ok.

You can see our TV is not affected by the blur effects.
Because the TV is separated layer from the blurred layer.

Now bring up the “layer 0 copy” to up.
We will work on this layer now for the “zoom blur” effect.

This time blur method will be “zoom” You can choose the blur quality to “best”.
You can see the “zoom” effect zoomed the picture a little bit and blurred it also wonderfully.
Switch off layer 1 you will see the “cleared TV is gone replaced with blurred TV”.
That is why we put the TV on top.
You can also increase the amount of blur by that bar.
Also, you can decrease.
You can also adjust the blur center by moving this “blur center” panel.
Hit OK. CTRL+Z for undo. We don’t want too much blur on this picture.

You can rename this tow layer One is “spin.
And the other one is “zoom”.
You can also save the picture as PNG, JPEG, or anything.
