How to use the Rotate and Reflect Tools in Adobe Illustrator CC l Class 13

 Hi Dear, this is Akash your host. So, in this class, I will show you how to make these kinds of simple awesome work by rotate and reflect tool. So, let’s start our class.

Please create a new document. Rename this document. The width will be 1920p and the height will be 1080p. Then hit the create button.

CTRL+Mouse wheel or CMD+Mouse wheel to adjust this artboard.

Please save this document so that your data won’t be lost.

Please select the rectangle tool and create a long shape. Set fill color for this shape.

Now select the rotate tool please and place an anchor point in the bottom of this shape, just click here to set an anchor point.

Hold your Alt or Option key and drag this shape to the right so that it will create a new shape and rotate it automatically and then stop.

No please press CTRL+D or CMD+D to copy this shape automatically. It will be as round it should be.

Now select the selection tool and move this whole shape to the left and reduce its size.

Hit Alt+Left key or Option+Left key to copy.

You can also rotate this in a manual way. Then remove some shapes, just hold shift and select a few shapes then hit the delete key.

Now please select the eclipse tool and hold shift then draw a round shape.

Select the selection tool and please select the whole shape then you can rotate and move this.

Now we will see what reflect tool is and how it works.

Select the pen tool and please create a shape like half of a leaf.

Enlarge this a little bit. Alt+left or Option+left and drag to the right.

Then select the reflect tool and double click on this reflect icon. Just follow my steps.

Then select the selection tool and select both shapes then select rotate tool, set an anchor point, copy this leaf as we did before. Then hit CTRL+D or CMD+D to make this thing wonderful.

You can change the color here. Please select the selection tool and hold your shift key and select some leaves and change the fill color.
