Line segment, Arc, Spiral, Rectangular Grid tool & Polar Grid tool l illustrator CC l Class 09

 Hi, this is Akash, Your host.

Please take a new document first.

CTRL+Mouse Wheel or CMD+Mouse Wheel so that you can adjust the artboard with the display.

Please select the line segment tool now. In our previews class, I already showed you how to work with this tool. Hope you saw that tutorial.

You can draw lines with this tool.

You can also make a box with this tool. I can use the rectangle marquee tool for making a box shape. But I want to show you how to create a square box with the line segment tool.

Hold shift then drag your mouse pointer to the left so that the line began straight.

Now select the move tool and select the left line and use your keyboard arrow key so that you can adjust the line with the upper line. And do the same steps for other lines also. You can drag the anchor point then your line will be enlarged.

Now alt+mouse wheel to zoom in.

You can also change the stroke color to red.

Now please select Arc tool, this tool is very interesting. Just please follow my every step please.

Now please select the Polar Grid Tool, so that we can add a round grid with that window.

And same with that rectangular tool please.

You can expand the layers panel and switch off any layer if you want.

Now please select the spiral tool and follow my steps.

Wow it's so wonderful.

Please select the rectangular tool so that we can ungroup all layers.

Just draw a shape and then select your direct selection tool and then ungroup it.
